This Weeks's Program
Report on the Special Rotary Meeting with Rotary International President Ray Klinginsmith

Guests
Our one and only guest last week was Robert Allen as a guest of Daniel Miller. Welcome back anytime.

About Rotary
A new section of our web page has been activated with information "About Rotary". Go check it out from the home page.

Centennial Meeting
The next centennial meeting will be Tuesday, July 27th from 12:05 to 12:45 at Citizens Bank

New Member Proposal
Robert Allen has been proposed for membership. Robert works for Lake Country Chevrolet and is sponsored by Daniel Miller. For those of you in attendance last week, he is the guest that gave the classification talk. Any objection to this membership is to be sent, in writing, to President Murphy by Thursday, July 29th.

New Member Proposals
One of the things we would like for the membership to start doing is getting the names and info of prospective members to the secretary sooner. You do not have to wait until a lunch meeting and get a blue card. By sending an email to Sec. Dan, the info can be forwarded to the board immediately and the card can be filled out by the Secretary on your behalf. Send the info...even before you talk to the prospect.

Paul Harris Fellow Drawing
We still have some room left to sign up for the PHF drawing next July. As we have done for sometime now, anyone interested in contributing $40 ($10 per quarter) will be placed in the drawing for the $1000.00 recognition. And you can be in the drawing as many times as you like at $40.00 each. Just be sure to sign a registration form at lunch or email Secretary Dan or Foundation Treasurer Sam Fowler. We add it to your statement starting in October or you can write a check to the foundation.

Mark Your Calendar
On August 5th we will be partnering with MYPROS to host the MLT preview of "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee". We always have a fun time at these previews with the Muskogee Little Theater so mark your calendar. Social Hour with food and drinks at 6:30 and showtime at 7:30. There is no cost for this event, but we do need for you to go to your DAC calendar and Register in order for us to know how many to prepare for.

Another very important date to mark on your calendar is September 23-26. This will be the District Conference which will be held in Tulsa this year at The Southern Hills Marriott.
Golfers: Thursday at noon the district golf tournament will be held at
Claremore's beautiful Heritage Hills Golf Club followed by a tailgate party back at the Marriott.
Friday will be a special luncheon of all the clubs with special speakers and other programs. Yep, a club meeting deluxe with 82 clubs.
Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., an exceptional banquet and an evening filled with great music, highlighted by the Conference Keynote Address and a noteworthy announcement by District 6110 Governor Wallace Williams.
Saturday 8:00 to 9:30 a.m., Breakfast in the House of Friendship, highlighted by the annual District 6110 Memorial Service followed by a focus on youth, both within the Rotary family and those benefitting from Rotary's programs and projects.

Stay tuned for more information to follow !!!!
