Project/Committee Description
 Member Recruitment Develop & implement plans for recruiting new members including through member recruitment drives & recognition
 Member Orientation Develop orientation materials, present orientation to new or current members;
 Member Retention & Involvement Develop & implement activities to engage members and to bring members back through such things as a mentoring program, leadership development, committee chair consultation for member involvement
Interact/Rotaract Exploratory Explore potential for establishing an Interact (for high school members) or Rotaract (college members) club in Muskogee
Muskogee Centennial Planning Develop plans for how the centennial will/should be celebrated in 2013
Programs Bring educational, entertaining & challenging programs of interest to club members each week
Service Projects – International Provide educational information and select international projects to be supported by the club   
Rotary Party in the Park(fund raiser) Raise funds to support international project through wine tasting event once yearly.
Medical Supply Network Secure donations & collect equipment, supply items; arrange for transfer of items to Tulsa warehouse; secure help with packaging
 Rotary Foundation Promote member understanding of, & contributions to, the Rotary International Foundation & Muskogee Rotary Foundation
Service Projects – National/ Local Select local and national organizations to be recipients of fundraisers; e.g., Salvation Army bellringing, holiday baskets & toys and selectively help with such fundraisers.
Rotary Golf Tournament (fund raiser) Raise funds to support a local service project through a golf tournament once yearly.
RYLA Work with local schools to recruit attendees and with club members to recruit chaperones for 3 day camp once yearly. 
4-Way Speech Work with local schools to recruit students to prepare & give speech about what 4-Way Test means to them once yearly
MHS Speech Contest Coordinate with MHS contact re needs, secure judges once yearly 
CHOICES Provide training to 8th graders to encourage high school completion, once yearly
Shoes for Orphans Collect shoes for orphans and get same to district, once yearly
Dictionary Project Personalize and provide dictionaries to 3rd graders at each area school once yearly 
Public Relations/ Communications Promote club programs & activities through PR, including developing & placing media tools
Social Events Plan & coordinate club social events.
Club Historians Maintain and add information to the club history
